Privacy Policy

PearlLook is a small, independent, ad-supported site. There is no user account system, so most of this page is short: here is exactly what does and doesn’t happen to your data, organized by the thing you’re actually doing on the site — running a calculator, subscribing by email, contacting us, or just browsing past an ad.

Calculator Inputs Never Leave Your Browser

The Capsule Wardrobe Calculator, Body Shape Calculator, Cost-Per-Wear Calculator, Color Season Analyzer, Wardrobe Budget Planner, and Clothing Size Converter all run their arithmetic locally, in your browser. The measurements, prices, colors, and piece counts you type in are used to compute a result on the page and are never transmitted to PearlLook, logged, or stored anywhere. Refresh the page and the input is gone.

If You Subscribe by Email

The footer and the occasional slide-in prompt offer to email you occasional styling guides and new calculator releases. If you enter an email address there, we store the address, the page you signed up from, and a coarse technical record (IP address and browser string) used only to catch spam signups and keep the list clean. Signup uses double opt-in — you’ll get one confirmation email, and nothing further goes out until you click it. Every email we send carries a one-click unsubscribe link that removes you immediately; there’s no need to log in or ask us to do it manually.

If You Contact Us

Writing to us through the contact pagemeans we receive whatever email address and message you send. We use it only to read and respond, and we don’t add contact-form senders to the email list unless you separately subscribe.

Advertising: Google AdSense

PearlLook is supported by Google AdSense, which is how the calculators stay free with no paywall or account requirement. Google and its advertising partners may set cookies to serve and measure ads, including ads personalized based on your browsing elsewhere. You can review or turn off ad personalization at Google Ads Settings. Details on what cookies are actually set are in the Cookie Policy.

Basic Server Logs

Like effectively every website, our hosting infrastructure keeps short-lived technical logs of requests — IP address, browser type, and the page requested — for security and abuse prevention. These are not tied to a calculator session or used for marketing.

No Accounts, No Profiles

There is nothing to sign up for beyond the optional email list above. We don’t build browsing profiles, sell personal data, or share subscriber emails with third parties.

Children

PearlLook isn’t directed at children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect information from them.

Your Choices

• Block or clear cookies at any time in your browser settings.
• Unsubscribe from email with the link in any message we send.
• Opt out of ad personalization through Google Ads Settings above.
• Ask us to delete a stored subscriber email by writing to support@pearllook.com.

Changes to This Policy

If what we collect or how we use it changes, this page will be updated and the date at the top will move.
